Carole is managing a hotel refurbishment project. She has identified her project's key stakeholders. Carole
now wants to expand this list of stakeholders and convert it to a comprehensive list of project stakeholders.
What should Carole do?

A. Do not spend more time on identifying the non-key stakeholders
B. Seek expert judgment from the identified key stakeholders
C. Request the project sponsor to provide the details of the remaining stakeholders
D. Carry out a stakeholder analysis with the identified key stakeholders

Both B & D seems right answer, but which one is the best?

hi Arpit,

So this question source is from Scordo Mock Exam 14 & Q-5. Okey , Option # B is the correct answer.
Justification is that identifying other stakeholders and hence expanding the list to a comprehensive list of all project stakeholders, can be done by interviewing the already identified stakeholders. This also utilizes the tool & technique of EXPERT JUDGMENT. (Ref. Page # 396 1st Bullet Point, Page # 397 in PMBOK5)

So we need to focus on stakeholder identification tools which are meeting and expert judgement.
