Mike is a project manager for an IT technology implementation project. He is using an Ishikawa
diagram to figure out what could cause potential risks on his project. Which process is he doing?
A. Identify Risks
B. Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis
C. Control Quality
D. Plan Risk Responses

Headfirst-A

Discussion-Ishikawa diag is used in Control Qlty (7BQT) as well as Identify Risks(Diag Tech). How to determine answer?

"what could cause potential risks on his project" , that means Mike is still in Planning and in the IDENTIFY RISK Process.
But if the sentence started like this " what could have caused / what could have been the potential risks on his project" , then it will direct to Control Quality Process.
Hope I am Okey. Forum Co-ordinators/Moderators , please suggest us.
Thanks
