A: Perform Quality Control
B: Validate Scope
C: Perform Quality Assurance
D: Perform Quality Assessment
it was given accuracy is the objective and hence 'perform quality assurance' is right even for me.So better be careful with these sample test papers in 'pmpforsure' website.Any coments from any on this ?.
The answer there is 'Validate scope'.ok Sekhar !!let us go by you that the tools and techniques of 'validate scope' matches with what given the question and asper you wrote but then why it should be said in the beginning of the question the below powerful statement.
"You are a project manager of a manufacturing company and for you accuracy has the highest importance". which means 'accuracy' mean 'measure of correctness' by definition of quality - so over all 'control quality' makes sure the deliverables are 'correct' and 'validate scope' makes it for 'acceptance'.Now please tell me - which option we choose and why ?.
Answer is simple Validate scope.
It is important to understand the tone of question and develop answer based on it.
Generally reviews, audits and walktroughs done in Executing.
Validate Scope is done by the customer. Here the question is saying " You have to perform several activities such as measuring, examining, and verifying including reviews, audits and walkthroughs". The answer is clearly Quality Assurance since quality assessment and quality control are weird answers.
Based on practice questions so far - I have reazlied first or more sentences always included to confuse people - Asking part of Q is always defined in last sentence.
