The Charter signed by Six Key stakeholders means you need to configure them in Communication management plan for what they want, when they want, how they want.

For this question...scordo book says answer is " get single sponsor"
Rita book say answer is " spending more time on configuration management.
And a website tutorialspoint say answer is " determining reporting structure"
Now its confusing as 3 sources give 3 different answers.
If anyone can please justify.

Its very difficult one as all 3 options selected by different sources makes sense to me, however if I have to choose one I will go with option C
as Usually charter is signed by sponsor ,

yes there will be additional demands on configuration management and maybe multiple reporting lines and that is a challenge, but that is still manageable but if you have multiple sponsors then PM will have difficult time in getting additional funds, removing roadblocks during project duration etc.
