Question for Discussion-Plan Scope Management

Which of the following organizational process assets are likely to influence the Plan Scope Management process?

A. Issue and detect identification procedures

B. Infrastructure and personnel administration

C. Organization culture and market conditions

D. Policies and lessons learned


What is the correct answer and why?

Let us remove the odd ones first:
Options # B & C are EEFs , so removed.

Though Options #(A) & (D) are OPAs , still Option #(A) Issue and defect identification procedure will not appear in this Planning stage of Project Scope Management. Rather it will appear in the Manage Stakeholder Engagement process. (Ref. page# 407 of PMBOK5).
So , the CORRECT Option is (D) Policies and Lessons Learned.
Hope this should be OK.
