Procurement Question

A project performed under a cost -reimbursable contracthas finally entered 'close procurement'.What MUST buyer remember to do ?.

A.decrease risk rating of the project
B.Audit seller's cost submittals
C.Evaluate the fee she is paying
D.Make sure seller is not adding resources

What is right answer and why ?. Why not D cannot be right ?.

Option # B seems to be the correct answer. The Option # D is already covered in Option # B.

D is also comes part of the B. Here Choice B is more weight-age than D.

The Audit Seller's cost submittals additionally focus on make sure the contract won't add his other projects invoices or other buyers invoices into this project cost invoices.

Agree with Option B as most important aspect in closing procurement is to ensure all the costings has happened correctly
