C. Address is not mandatory.

Contract is A legally binding and enforceable by law, agreement made between two or more parties.

This seems all the options are MUST except having lesser weightage to the Option # C The address of the seller. The Seller's address may change during the course of implementation of the Contract.

Hi,

PMBOK says that components of an Agreement/contract may include-SOW/deliverables, Seller's Place of performance, Place of Delivery, Inspection and Acceptance criteria etc.. Buyer's signature may signify Accpetance.

Acceptance is from seller's side for a contract becos the buyer offers, only thing buyer's signature is an acknowledgement for the seller accepted.Ofcourse both agree and both sign.Any coments here pls ?.
