Hi All,
I have passed PMI-ACP® today. Thanks to each one of you in motivating me to cross this milestone.

If you can focus at (ISSUES !) @Iteration level / assuming small teams, while preparation the exam will be easy. I can see real time scenarios in exam questions, Very practical. Options and wordings are not that confusing like PMP. However, due to scenario based questions, the time management is a challenge. Shu Ha Ru and the adaptive leadership style to be kept in mind while answering the questions depending on the iteration stage especially when team conflicts or issues.

iZenbridge quampus training videos saved lot of time in building concepts crystal clear.
Reading Agile Project Management with Scrum, Coaching Agile Teams & Retrospectives books will help to understand few real time situations.

Appreciate iZenbridge team for 4th Assessment Test (feel proud of such high quality test, standard close to real time examination). Thanks to Saket & iZenbridge team for helping me to make this fruitful journey.

Murali.

During your preparation, if you come across any issue/difference of opinion with product, process, people - it is a candidate to focus from exam point of view - what to do, what not to do / the iteration stage / team stage

Following topics covered in around 50% of the questions

Lean/Kanban/Retrospectives/Risk
Roles, Team conflicts , Facilitiation, Brainstorming
Value Prioritization, ScrumMaster/Product owner responsibilities
Information Radiators
