Passed PMP Exam (Jan 03) Edmonton, Canada
Hi All,
Happy New Year to everyone.
I am so glad to share that I was able to pass my PMP exam in my second attempt on Jan 03, 2016; and I would not have achieved this without support from Izenbridge and everyone directly or indirectly related to this Forum.
I sincerely thanks to Saket Bansal (whose videos helped me lot), Ujjal , BrendaLittle, and of course MAHFUZ. I never expected that someone from forum would help me that much and I would find that help within Edmonton, Canada where I live .
@MAHFUZ you are really great and your advices and guidance helped me lot. THANKS!!!!
So here is my short but hectic journey for achieving these three letters PMP along with my name.
My first PMP attempt was on Dec 12, 2015 in which I studied lot and referred both PMBOK and Rita (mainly Rita) did practice questions, but somehow that doesn’t worked good. I was depressed but don’t wanted to waste my hard work which I did in last 2 months to pass this exam and also PMP exam was changing soon. So I decided to give a next trial and trying doing my best.
I started listening to more videos of Saket Bansal and one day decided to contact through Izenbridge Forum too, OMG I think that was the best thing I did and got so good ideas from this great Forum and Ujjal from Forum suggested me to contact MAHFUZ and from there things changed along with everyone’s guidance.
I started with Rita 8th Edition again and also read PMBOK one more time.
Saket Bansal Videos most important because even if listened once that stays in mind and can be recalled anytime.
Did more Mock exams on:
Izenbridge 100 (Free Questions)
Christopher Scordo (All 18)
PMStudy
Simplelearn
Exam Central
Rita Fast Track
And by doing all these I got more confidence because I was able to attempt 200 questions in less then 4 hours plus got score around 71-75% in these.
In my exam I faced lot of Cost Management questions on CV, SV, CPI, SPI, EAC, BAC and ETC in which few were direct and few indirect, Risk Management, Quality Management, Procurement questions were also lot. But I would say it depends because in my last attempt I had lot more on Time Mangement Chapter and HR. So for exam preparation I would say we need to work on all the chapters but can focus more on these ones.
So wish everyone All the Best who are going to appear in exam.
And thanks once again to all. You all are really amazing.
Meena

This is a wonderful forum.

EMV I can do pretty well. It's figuring out which EVM formula to use from the question, working on that and Quality Mgmt is really bad for me.
Glad you passed and now you can put away all that study material. I'm envious and hope to get there in the next few months
