Models Relationship to requirements

Postby Sam Thu Mar 01, 2018 8:48 am

Hello Seema,

In the book Business analyst practise guide Chapter 4 Requirements : the Categories of models and for each (Context Diagram,Business rules catalog, decision tree, decision table, entity relationship diagram, data flow diagram, ecosystem map...) are mentioned the Relationship to requirements this part is not discussed in your training material.

for instance Ecosystem map page 116 : • Relationship to Requirements. An ecosystem map is a high-level representation of system interfaces,
but it does not contain specific requirements about these interfaces. System interface tables should be
completed for each of the interfaces identified in an ecosystem map. Data models should be created to
define data requirements for each of the data objects passed between the systems.

Should I memorize them or we do not expect to see questions about the relationship to requirements in the exam?

Thanks in advance for your clarification
