scenario Analysis Question

Postby drashti.shah Mon Jan 16, 2017 11:04 am

You are writing a business situation using scenarios from the perspective of the staff users and to describe a script for the problem of excess stock loss in a supermarket. Which one of the following does not represent the usage of scenario analysis?

1) It can be used as a validation technique for the solution of the problem

2) It can be used to describe budget and schedule needs

3) It can be used to identify and investigate boundaries between tasks

4) It can be used as a basis of prototyping and modelling

I am not getting your question clearly.

In question explanation, it is clearly mention:
Option B: ‘It can be used to describe budget and schedule needs’–Scenarios are the script of business situations thus they cannot be used to describe budget and schedule needs. Budget and schedule require identification of activities and this information is not available with scenarios.

Please work on practicing questions where you are investing time:
• To read questions properly and
• Before selecting any answer, you are analysing each option. It is important for the exam.

It should become your habit before the real exam.
