DITL testing is done by someone who has good business knowledge for the solution which is in development. On the basis of his/her expertise a specific segment of data to test use cases or user stories preferably related to each other.

Objective is to determine whether or not a product provides the functionality for a typical day of usage by a role that interacts with the solution.
