Madam,

Below is the extract of the text from the Practice guide for Integration testing & System Testing.

I request you to please explain in simple terms what does it mean. I am really not able to understand as explained in the guide. I have highlighted the portions that are causing confusion.

Integration Testing: The lines you highlighted for integration testing includes "Larger Context" - which means individual units are combined and tested as a group. When we develop individual components, we test them using Unit Testing. Afterward, these components are combined (integrated) and tested as a whole.

System Testing: System Testing is concerned with evaluating the integrated systems. It includes evaluating the system’s compliance with the specified requirements (Verification). Testing an integrated system to verify that it meets specified requirements.
