Sprint Retrospective is one of four ceremonies in Scrum Framework. This ceremony is an opportunity for the team to inspects how Sprint went from the team relationships, process, and tools & techniques points of view. During the meeting, potential improvements are identified for further Sprints. The output of this meeting is a plan for implementing these improvements.
