Memorizing Vs. Understanding

Postby seema.sonkiya Mon Mar 21, 2016 5:57 am

I do agree that understanding the concept is more important than memorizing, but still if one has time and want to memorize what would be your suggestion ? which topics/page# should we use as a memory dump for PBA exam.

I always recommend an understanding of concepts, because PMI checks your understanding of concepts using scenario based questions. In these questions, you need to understand the rationale to choose the Best option.

Still if you want to memorize; you may do that for the various kind of Models mentioned on Page number 90 of Business Analysis practice guide. But again I highly recommend to understand them logically, and how these models relate to each other at the different point of project life cycle.
