Re: Document question
This question is somehow not related with provided options.
Question is: What information is documented for stakeholders identification, impact analysis. This could be somehow related to business analysis planning.
The nearest answer could be: Stakeholder list, roles, and responsibilities.

Re: Document question
A- Requirements attributes.
Requirements attributes allow the requirements team to associate information with individual or related groups of requirements and facilitate the requirements analysis process by expressing such things as which requirements may add project risk or require additional analysis. The information documented by the attributes helps the team efficiently and effectively make tradeoffs between requirements, identify stakeholders affected by potential changes, and understand the impact of a proposed change.

Re: Document question
Requirements attributes are part of the Requirement Traceability Matrix and hence RTM can help identify efficiently and effectively make tradeoffs between requirements (using RTM), identify stakeholders affected by potential changes (listed in RTM), and understand the impact of a proposed change (impact analysis can be done by using linked requirements in RTM).
I think the correct answer is requirement traceability can help. Can you please reconfirm your viewpoint on this once. Thanks.

Re: Document question
This is not quality question. Requirement attributes on RTM can be considered.
