Best answer is C.

Scribe is a person who has ability to note down things fast as things move. He/she also has some level of knowledge related to discussion, it could help to note things fast, sometime using tools like mind map.

Anyone who is doing this work, he/she is scribe at that time :-)

The right answer is : D --- nobody

The BA needs to put the interviewee at rest as interviews are confidential. Moreover, the BA needs to pay full attention to the innuendoes and body language of the interviewee. Once the interview is finished and the interviewee has left, the BA should write down the essence and important details of the interview. This information must remain confidential and used only by the BA.

Yes you are right.

Here key word is Minute Details: that is not viewed correct in case of interview.

In case of group interview (which is very rare), one can note down details. In any case minute details are not recorded. A brief intent of discussion is recorded.

Here, "D - Nobody" is the right answer as the question states "during interviews" though the word minute details is confusing and somebody can misunderstand it for a meeting/discussion and end up selecting Scribe.
