The individual who analyzed the actual vs. expected results should attend the decision meeting.

Summarized evaluation results are based on the comparison of actual and expected results, therefore stakeholders who were involved in the comparison should be present to provide clarification to any of the evaluation results.

Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Project Sponsor are recommended profiles to attend the meeting.

In general, business analysts are involved in comparison of expected and actual results of evaluation.
