Analysis is important skill for a business analyst but can it be a primary?

Primary means without which other needed skills cannot be done :-)

Communication is the center of everything that a business analyst does. Doing analysis, managing risks and having technical and business knowledge are important skills, but cannot be done without communication skill.

Yes option B communication is correct :-)
