Postby Rajkumar Nair Fri Nov 30, 2018 9:17 am

1. slide 19 ... what is 2 - hr prep time rule??
2. Slide 26 --- Sprint BD Chart -- Can we have Ideal Progress / Planned Line In Ideal Hours (Rather than Story Points) in BD Chart ?
3. What could be the reason for increasing from 50 Ideal Hrs to 55 Hrs ? Here We have spent more than Estimated Hrs... What could be the Reason for this ?
Scope Added (Is it Possible ) or Development Team Member Has taken / spent more Hrs ???

This meeting is informal to discuss what has been achieved against sprint goal, so your preparation time must be within 2 hours not beyond that. PPTs are not recommended for this meeting, a free flow discussions is recommended between Scrum team and stakeholders. That's why less preparation time is needed.

Slide 26 mentions in Ideal hours only. The chart is for a sprint and manly get ready in ideal hours.

yes, scope addition can also be possible. The chart is for ideal hours remaining, it shows each day how many ideal hours remaining, it does not record how much already spent.
