One ideal day = how many hours we have in a day after removal of any interruptions. Normally we have 8 hours in a day and out of which if we have 6 hours interrupted then one ideal day has 6 hours.
Ideal Hours = time without interruptions is considered. Means if we have 180 mins and and 60 mins we considered for interruptions then we have 2 hours as ideal hours.
