1.Is the card space enough to write the Acceptance tests since it is only 3 * 5’’ card !!!!

Card is just a token to trigger a conversation within a team. You can write acceptance test in a separate document.

2.Where CONVERSATION is recorded?

It is up to the team to decide where to record the conversation. Whatever form gives the value is good. If a document is needed for future reference, create a document. Agile never says no to document; if it gives you value create it. Agile just means that don't make document creation as a replacement of team collaboration and conversation.

3..Should we complete compound stories in one iteration ( 5 sub stories)?

Epic is an example of a compound user story, you need to break them in before selection in the iteration. And a number of user stories are selected based on team capacity and DOD.

4.Where details of personas are stored ? Who and when (at what stage ) collect the detail and In what way??

Team decides where to store these details. It is stored where all other stuff is stored. Understanding user persona is the responsibility of product owner and he collaborates with the development team, users, and stakeholders.

User Persona is a effort to discover different users and their likes and dislikes.
