Resource Management is considered in Agile Principles, as per Agile principles like as follows:
1. Agile principles focus on collaboration where business people, developers, SME collaborate daily during the project. This collaboration helps in resource management.
2. As the best architectures, requirements, and drafts are produced by self-organized teams. This self-organization again a good source of organic resource management
3. Delivering functioning in time box also helps in resource management this timeboxing comes from the principle of delivering frequently and early.

Here when we combine collaboration, self-organization, and timeboxing, it gives a good idea of resource management.

Team self-organize to balance the demand and capacity with each iteration. They collaborate for any uncertainty like sudden sick leave, they find a solution themselves like who can be a volunteer to take care of work due to such situations. If they find they are not able to find a solution with the available resources, it is an impediment which is raised and taken care by SM in case of Scrum framework is used.
After a timesboxed iteration, the team gets an opportunity to come together for a retrospective, where they discuss many resource-related issues as well. Action items are identified and executed from next iteration.

SM is responsible to take care of based on capacity information given by the team.
