How Lean can be used in Problem Detection and Resolution?

Postby seema.sonkiya Wed Oct 31, 2018 11:06 am

Lean is a way of thinking to maximize customer value and minimizing waste. ACP content outline mentions following tasks in problem detection and resolution:

Working in an environment where each team member can raise risk or issues.
Maintaining a visible, and prioritized list of threats and issues to elevate accountability, encourage action, and track ownership and resolution status.
Communicating status of threats and issues by maintaining threat list and incorporating activities into backlog of work to provide transparency.

Lean is an approach to work to understand what is going the place of work where the value is getting created. It focuses on improving the process and empowering people through problem-solving and coaching.
