Postby saggarwal Mon Feb 19, 2018 12:00 am

What is the difference between: Lead Time vs Cycle Time.

Please look at below question from Test 1. What does completion mean in this question - is it just complete or accepted by PO? Thanks

Question 114 - Test 1

A feature entered is the backlog. Work is performed and the feature is designed, developed, tested, and finally completed. What is the term that describes the period starting from entry in product backlog to completion.

Check the following thread: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4779&p=17954

The answer to the question is: Lead time is the amount of time it takes for a feature to move from inception to completion.

After referring above thread, I hope reason will be clear.
