Just wanted to discuss the different situations in Agile Team.
what would be then best course of action for the Agile lead.
i) when a team member does not cooperate
As an agile lead,
My thoughts:
can discuss with the team member, to understand the reason behind and if the team member demotivated Agile lead can motivating the person by reasonable possibilities and make him to align with project goal .
If any other thoughts please provide here

Yes, the first solution is - having a conversation and while discussion, the focus should be to create a safe environment. Here the safe environment means that person should feel that he/she can communicate his concerns freely without any fear. And the information will be confidential - means the lead will not attack persons involved in the conflict to solve the problem rather will be to address the problem --> what can be done to solve the problem?
