What is Risk Adjusted Backlog?

Postby seema.sonkiya Thu Mar 30, 2017 8:49 am

Got following question:

What is risk-adjusted backlogs?

Risk-Adjusted Backlog helps in creating a backlog - It helps in delivering highest value features and mitigating biggest risks that are in the projects. The backlog might start out as just a list of Business Features involved in the project. It also includes work which is the mitigation responses of identified risks.

In this case, the team simply focus both on value delivery and risk reduction activities.
