For Incentive: An incentive can be chosen if it is related to the team goal and everybody in the team get it. For example "Performer of the Month" award can create an environment where people are not sharing information to get that award.
Training Training could be the best option when it is part of work means while doing work they are getting training. A team cannot spend a long time to get trained before starting work. Training at work is the best option, because learn something and use it how it is best suited for their work - it gives a strategy which is based on the evidence of success.
