Which of the following statements is most valid concerning Net Present Value (NPV) and Present Value (PV)?

a) When using these measures to compare the relative value of two projects, the project with the smaller PV or NPV is the better investment

b) NPV factors in costs with benefits while PV only considers the benefits

c) PV is more comprehensive than NPV as a relative benefit measurement

d) The Internal Rate of Return is the same for both benefit measurement methods.

Please let me know the correct answer, please explain
