What is Agile Cycle Time?

A.) The time it takes to return to a point in a process flow.
B.) The time between initiation of a user story and its final delivery to the customer.
C.) The time between two successive product deliveries.
D.) The time is takes to complete the Agile Planning Cycle.

Many agile material remain confuse for Cycle and Lead Time. and i believe we do not have term called Agile Cycle Time.

In these options :

B is Lead Time and C is Cycle Time

I selected option c, but the material said option b. This is one of the questions in agile prepcast.
