Hi Manish,

Please advise which option to select for the below question , i selected option A but in mock while reviewing correct option was B.

You are developing a quality management plan for your project. During the planning process, one of your team members tells you that, in the past, the organization has completed a similar project. You start to review the old project and find that some of its quality metrics can be used in your project as well. This technique is known as:

(a) Reviewing organization process assets
(b) Benchmarking
(c) Process analysis
(d) Prototyping

The answer would be A - Reviewing the OPA because lessons learnt, archived checklists etc are stored in org process assets repository.

Benchmarking could be confusing, but it is not established in the question that previous project was a "standard" that needed to be followed.

OPA is a good answer but not correct as per the question.

In the question asks about "This technique is known as"

OPA is not a tool or technique, its an input.
