Initiating Group Question

Postby akitut Mon Nov 27, 2017 12:04 pm

You are leading a team to review and improve the project
selection and prioritization method. You know that the two most important questions to answer are “can we do the project?” (feasibility study) and “should we do the project?” (cost-benefit analysis). The team is considering many different management concerns, including financialreturn,
market share, and public perception. The most important criterion for building a project selection model is—

a. Risks
b. Realism
c. Ease of use
d. Benefits realization

Not sure about this, all criterion are relevant not sure if there is any published ranking of these, If i had to choose I would go with realism. as the model has to be realistic with organizations goals and objectives
