residual risk and secondary risk difference

Hi
i understand that
residual risk: are existing risk for which we already planned risk response but those are not completely removed & still present with less probability/impact ( may be shifted to watch list)
secondary risk: we execute risk response plan for a particular risk and with implementation of risk response plan another new risk generated is called secondary risk

please advise understanding is correct &
some examples requested for better understanding on it

I do n't think residual risks are low priority risks could be the moderately priority too. Those risks remain after mitigation plan.Only low priority can be placed in Watchlist.

I think Manish Can clarify more!
