Mock Question

Postby salman_2005 Sat Oct 20, 2018 6:35 pm

Q. You were monitoring one core stakeholder’s engagement level, and you found he was becoming neutral from supportive; you spoke to the stakeholder and found that he is not finding enough opportunity to engage with the project team, what should you do next?

Raise an issue.

Make changes in stakeholder engagement strategy documented in stakeholder engagement plan.

Raise a change request.

Call a meeting with your project team members.

The answer is the 2nd option. Even, to change the Stakeholder engagement plan, PM needs to raise a change request (Though it may not go to CCB as all CRs do not go to CCB and PM after raising the CR can update the Stakeholder engagement plan.) The question asks 'what should you do next and I opted for option C.

Please suggest.

Thank You.
