Project charter - team member assignment

I know that Project charter includes initial stakeholder list. In one question I came accross project team information in Project charter. In your project document templates, Project charter doesn't include Project team member section. Are they listed under Stakeholder section?
(As I know, everyone in team is a stakeholder also)

There is no restriction of not having key team members mentioned in PC,

I couldn't find exact question, but anyway my question is : In project charter under the section Stakeholder list which type of stakeholders are usually listed? can you give an example, please, I want to have better undestanding
