When you look at any process in PMBOK, you need to understand and appreciate that these processes are not only done once in the project life cycle, especially the planning processes are not only done once to baseline PMP but most of them are repeated multiple times.

Define Activities - This process helps you break down the Work Packages , however for all practical purposes for large projects where rolling wave planning is done, this process is performed as and when the WP are taken up to define activities needed to deliver them, In rolling wave planning we sometimes take a ballpark, ROm estimates for WP which are not decomposed, and when they are decomposed new risks may appear, the estimation done may not be sufficient etc and such situations may impact Project Baselines and that needs a CR
Develop schedule: a lot of T and T that are used to compress schedule may need additional resources, resulting in cost impact, some decisions may also need change in resource management plan etc

Plan risk responses:
when project plans for risk responses, there is need of additional resources, potential impact on schedule and also need to for reserve, this needs CR

Plan procurement management:
When you decide to procure the goods or services, then there will a change in project baseline as well as many subsidiary plans ,
