Scope statement

Postby suresi00 Fri Dec 15, 2017 10:22 pm

You are a project manager taking over a project midway. The project is in the execution stage. You would like to know more about the project deliverables, work required to complete those deliverables, project constraints, assumptions, etc. Which of the following documents would be most useful?

A. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and WBS dictionary B. Requirements Documentation C. Activity List D. Project Scope Statement

I feel like with this explanation in the question it i s hard to make a difference between wbs+wbs dictionary and project scope statement.

How do you select a choice for this question Manish sir?

not a good quality of question which tests memorization of PMBOK
assumptions and constraints are also part of WBS dictionary
