Mock Q1

Postby suresi00 Thu Dec 07, 2017 5:23 pm

While risk identification is an ongoing process what is true about plan risk management process

Plan risk management should being when project is conceived and should finish early during project planning

Plan risk management should being before project charter is signed and should continue till end of project

Plan risk management should being when project is conceived and should continue till end of project

Plan risk management should being before business case is approved and should finish early during project planning

Plan risk management plan is the only one which one which won't get updated in any of the control and monitoring activities?

look at what risk management plan contains, then think of when would you need to update that plan.

let me know what are your thoughts

I feel we should. For example while executing risk response plan , there may be a better way for how.

To me all planning docs will evolve through out the project , There is no strict rule except for Project charter.
