Q 2

What is true about the following responsibility for lower level grid for project resources assigned in project

It’s a type of RACI chart where Column Y describes work package of projects while column A-D can be represented by individuals only

It’s a type of RACI chart where Column Y describes work package of projects while column A-D can be represented by individuals or group

It’s a type of matrix based chart where Column Y describes activities of projects while column A-D can be represented by individuals or group

It’s a type of matrix based chart where Column Y describes activities of projects while column A-D can be represented by individuals only

My question is for RACI chart lower grid ./ layer is associated with activities and can be represented by one individual. The whole purpose is the make sure that the accountability is unambiguous and there is an owner.

So how can the answer by C? It should be D right ?

For lower grid PMbok clearly says it should be individual as we need a person for accountability

lower level grids are used within the group to designate roles, responsibilities and level of authorities for specific activities.
Within the groups there could be sub groups as well.
The lowest level grid has only individuals.

however to keep it simple and not confuse students I would agree with you,
