As Per PMBOK5 PN 93, 4.4.3.1
Corrective action—An intentional activity that realigns the performance of the project work with the project management plan
Preventive action—An intentional activity that ensures the future performance of the project work is aligned with the project management plan

Whereas Rita V8 PN 134 shows
corrective action is any action taken to bring expected future project performance in line with the project management plan
and PN 136 shows
Preventive action: process for taking preventive actions is not as clear as it is for taking corrective actions.

Is it Rita's Corrective Action conflicting with PMBOK Preventive action. ?

What are the guidelines to tackle such conflicts for Real PMP exam?

everyone will prefer to go as per PMBOK

My query is more about why Rita says so which conflicts PMBOK. And why Mock test 1 solution also says so, which is not inline with PMBOK....?

Dont know about Rita but the definition given in PMBOK is logically correct and hence i would go with it.

Manish can probably explain the difference.

go with PMBOK,
simple to remember:

corrective is reactive approach
preventive is proactive approach
