Botoom up estimate Vs. Analogous estimate

Postby Housam Bassal Fri Jan 13, 2017 4:27 pm

I have a doubt in the following question, could you please help me to clarify it?!

As in the question mentioned that” although the activities estimates add up to the project estimate, that’s mean also bottom-up estimate also had been done, hence why its consider as correct option?
I mean option C, or D could be the correct answer?

I would suggest go with elimination technique.
since questions mentions that analogous technique was used and this mean historic data has been used and option #4 is not a choice
activity estimates do add up to project estimate but it does not say that activity was estimated using bottom up
