com channel Formula

Postby manishpn Sun Mar 30, 2014 10:19 am

Though simple formulla this question in mock test is selectively confusing
sometimes PM headcount is included and sometimes is excluded while calculating answer
worst answer options include answers which are with and without headcount :(

when to include PM in total count and when to exclude?

Yes, Project manager need to be included in the communication channel calculations whenever Team communication channels need to be calculated.

Project manager is also part of project team, so his/her count too need to be taken care of. Until and unless it is specified in the question to exclude PM or any team member

Some simulation test include PM and some doesn't, check the authentication of simulation test. My recommendation is to include PM also while calculating communication channels.
