EVM: When is this formulla used

AC + ((BAC - EV)/CPI)

This should be used during which scenario

Dear Manish

This formula should be use when case is typical ,

Eg. If there is crises happen in project and and that will be continue till the end of the project then you have to use this formula.

Yes we use this where we see the variance

are typical. and most of the EVM questions

falls in this category

Many time test taker feel why we have two

formulas for typical variance of is BAC/CPI

and other is this one.... both these formula

are same... here i convert this formula to

BAC/CPI

= AC + (BAC-EV)/CPI
= AC + BAC/CPI - EV/CPI
= AC +BAC/CPI - EV / (EV/AC)
= BAC/CPI
