Stake Holder Management query

Postby vivekaccent Tue Jul 09, 2019 10:43 pm

This is a question in izenbridge assement .

Qn: The stakeholder engagement plan is a component of the project management plan and identifies the management strategies required to effectively engage stakeholders, which of the following information is expected to be available in Stakeholder Engagement Plan?

A. Organizational Position of Stakeholders

B. Major requirements

C. Scope and impact of change to stakeholders

D. Stakeholder classification

The answer given is D stakeholder classification but this detail is included in Stakeholder register. According to me the answer should be C. Could you please explain why the answer is D and not C?

You are right in the sense that option D is for stakeholder register.
However option C is also not OK , as he impact of a change on stakeholder is part of CR analysis and we do not change SEP for every change,
Kindly send an email to support@izenbridge.com and ask them to rectify the question
