Hi Umesh,

Project Management Information System is not required when we are trying to identify Stakeholders.

Once they are Identified while planing the communication process and reporting system we will consider Project Management Information System.

Hence C

I agree with Parul that we do not use PMIS for Identifying Stakeholder. But do we really use Existing human resources for Identifying Stakeholder? I do not see that as well in PMBOK Page 395.

For me both B and C is correct answer. Any though on this?

Existing Human Resources may include team lead, expert, Middle Management, Sr. Management, Sponsors, SME and moreover their hierarchy is also important. I think this understanding is important in identifying stakeholders.

I understand you point. But if a pre existing resource is so important to project then he will be pre assigned to the project. If you take the existing human resource then everyone in the company will be stake holder to the project which does not look correct to me.
