Risk of failure

Postby Venkat Mon Aug 18, 2014 3:11 pm

Hi,

when is the 'risk of failure' is highest, begining of the project, middle or at the end of the project.
Could you please explain?

I know that Project risk is high at the begining and goes down as we progressively elaborate the project.

Thanks for the reply,
Venkat

project risks life cycle can be treated as a risk of failure life cycle also... we do not have any separate time line for a given type of risks.

Normally in projects we target to take care of high risk and high value items in the early stage of the project.
