Budget - Wording confusion

Behind Budget and under Budget are not the same?

generally for Budget terms used are under and over and for schedule its behind or ahead

Yes your are right, I understood in the same way.
But there is a question in Campus using this word 'behind budget ', that's why I want to make it clear.

share the question. Once in a while we can use behind Budget as well but yes I will get this updated :)
