Per my understanding, completing before 3 weeks is a constraint. It does not describe any characteristics of the product for it to be product analysis.

Thanks

This question has 2 sentences. sentence 1 is about analysis and sentence 2 is clearly about constraint. So only options can be B & C

what is product analysis? as per PMBOK5

For projects that have a product as a deliverable, it is a tool to define scope that generally means asking questions about a product and forming answers to describe the use, characteristics, and other the relevant aspects of what is going to be manufactured.

Now first sentence is not talking about product analysis. It can be to some extent process analysis or PoC kind of stuff

Only valid option is about second sentence which is a constraint

Adding to that Venkat for clear understanding..

Whenever there is restriction or any thing limiting you to perform or deliver , it will be always Constraint.
