Calculating SPI

Could you please let me know, how to calculate the SPI for this diagram?

More than calculations this diagram suggest whether you know what is SPI

SPI = EV/PV

SPI will be more if PV < EV

so in this graph, PV is less than EV in magnitude in 9 and 10th month if I assume horizontal axis as month and vertical axis as magnitute

There is question in quampus on this. In the answer the SPI is calulated (see the figure attached). How to calculate the SPI from the diagram?
The concept of SPI is clear to me, that's why my answer to the question was correct but didn't get the calculation part.

Look at attached. Its just taking approximate values from graph for EV and PV. You may not be 100% correct but you will get right answer. Let me know if you have any further query
