Kanban is a visual indicator, and it gives early signals of what is needed for the continuous flow of work.

If external intervention is needed, then work with people who can solve it. If needed you can park and can pull work from the previous process as you have WIP and have the capacity.

First 2 full length is easy and 3rd and 4th are more towards real. 85% in first and second, 70% in third and 65 to 70% in fourth good to go!!
